If you want a dentist and staff who are all super friendly, give great advice on caring for your teeth and do not recommend any unnecessary work, then this is the place. I am now happy to go to the dentist!
Absolutely love this office! The staff is wonderful and Dr. C always takes time to explain everything to me. So glad they are in town and so accommodating.
She is AMAZING!!! Honest, up front, informative, and listens to what you want and does it. No upselling, no unneeded procedures, and she listens to your concerns and talks to you what options you have. All the work she has done for me has been of the highest quality, my teeth have never looked so good!
I found Dr. C on a lark.........I knew nothing about her, but she was in town, so I thought at least she is close, hope she is decent.
I have FINALLY found my FOREVER dentist!!! My motto has always been "I hate dentists", and I have been through so many dentists I am ashamed to say a number. I have had great dentists, but too expensive for me to stay with, mediocre dentist because I could get a fast appointment, and horrible dentists I had to go to because I needed an emergency appointment, and they were the only ones that could get me in fast.
Did I mention NO PAIN? She makes sure you are comfortable......not just at the start, but checks frequently throughout the entire procedure to make sure you are not having problems or pain.
East Hampton Family Dental provides excellent service from start to finish. From the moment I first walked through the door I felt welcome. The entire staff is as friendly as they are professional. Dr. Canakala is thorough in her examinations and skillfully gentle in her procedures, ensuring my comfort throughout the process. Dr. Canakala and her staff are awesome! Like so many people I have never been a fan of going to the dentist. I had not been to the dentist in over 5 years… but it was time. I knew I needed a deep cleaning which required several visits. I was expecting major pain as my teeth are extremely sensitive. I was thrilled with how painless and gentle the hygienist made it. No pain at all during the procedure and almost none after. I was expecting a 100+ on the pain scale and it was a 2. I also needed work on a broken tooth and was told exactly what they were doing so I knew just what to expect during and after a procedure!
I am so thankful that I found Dr. C......she is my forever dentist now, I will not be looking for anyone else.......she is the entire package!!! :)

Friendly staff. Always professional. Greeted with a smile by Charmaine. Dr. C is kind and very aware of how difficult "sissies" like myself find it to be in the chair. All procedures have been pain-free and explained step by step. Becki is sweet, friendly and a great team player with Dr. C. Check them out!! You won't be sorry you did.
