This office is the worst
You have a facility to be proud of keep it up we need more like you
Cardio found a spot where left breast should be so I went to see Dr. Lucal. First the wrong test was ordered, then she was on vacation for a week. I called the day she got back. Explained wrong test was ordered and was told she was going to find out what I needed. Then the next week I got a phone call telling me my mammogram came back normal, a neat trick since I don't have any breasts. I got another call that week telling me once AGAIN my mammogram came back normal and would I like to schedule a follow up! But I never HAD any tests so why a follow up??? I insisted the doctor call me, I didn't trust the communication in the office, didn't happen. The next week I got a call that she ordered an ultrasound but the ordering wasn't done correctly and "she'd get on it". 5 weeks later, no test, don't know what the spots are and I have the BRACA2 cancer gene. She and her staff do NOT take patient care seriously. I would NOT recommend her to anyone. SHAME ON HER AND HER STAFF.
They don't have respect for the patient at all.
Since then every exposure to that staff has been outstanding.
Disgusted with East Hampton practice lately. A doctor can call in the wrong script for a patient and when you call to find out why... The newest receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful then puts you on hold for ten minutes to have a nurse pick up admit it's their mistake and when you express your aggravated proceed to say have a good day I'm calling it in. No apology, no respect, and no time to show concern over their patients. Defiantly looking to switch doctors as I keep seeing a decline in the last year in how these doctors and nurses treat people! Maybe that's why the turn over in patients and staff. So unhappy!
This practice is as caring as I've encountered.I am 82 years old and have.had many experiences with physicians and surgeons. Last year I was discharged to hospice with two weeks to one month to live. Fourteen months later I am doing well. My first week home, Dr. Kramer came to my home to ensure all was well.
I'm really upset whit a family practice in East Hampton I have in appt today whit Dr. Abigail Tillman my appt was at 10 am i was on time at i check in at 9:35 am they put me in a room at 9:40 am and at 10:40 am in 1 hr later i came out the room to the reception and nobody knows nothing about where was the Dr. Abigail Tillman was. she never show up to see me. They don't find another Doctor to came at see me and i call the manager and she was don't know what happened so nobody knows nothing but they are really good and curse and tall abt coworkers because in that hr the i was waiting i can hear the reception talk abt another coworker and how the cut her hrs in East Hampton and because she works to many hrs in the office in Middletown and how that crape is going to keep happening. Really you guys don't nothing abt what happen with the doctor but u know a lot abt u coworker.
