The male window worker is a rude unhappy malcontent who has no business working with the public he is abrasive to the extreme. It's a sad commentary that a blesmish such as him hasn't been given walking papers etc with directions to Walmart his new more appropriate employment
Abolish civil service employee Job protection and institute a job performance merit system to rid government business of this sort of unpleasant environment
