Owners are rude and disrespectful. Me and my family were regulars there for years then we became seasonal and that's when all the problems began. We were mislead by them being so friendly to us. But as soon as we were seasonal they did a 360. Me and the wife were being called down to the office daily and if they weren't calling us down to the office they were at our site blaming stuff on us,our dogs and the kids. One of the times they came to the site saying our dogs were barking to much when our two little dogs weren't even at the campground, they were 45 minutes away at home. And another time it was about one of our kids and the same thing that kid wasn't even with us at the campground they were at a friends house for the weekend. I wouldn't go back if you paid me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CAMPING HERE EVER NOTHING BUT STRESS!!!
Great place, very clean surroundings and bathrooms. Only thing I would complain is that even in a hot day the pool is painfully cold. They don't have a pool heater. Thumbs down for that. Would have been the perfect place ever.
Nelson's Staff has been great! Always doing their best to make sure your stay with them is a fantastic one. This was our first time here, we rented a camper for the holiday weekend. Camper is beautifull , fairly new lots of activities for us to participate in! We have a family of 4, plenty of room in camper, storage galore. Having a great time!! We will definitely come back next seaon, since this is closing weekend. If you haven't been here yet, consider Nelson's!!
Wonderful, safe community. Only permitted entry to the campground is 2 vehicles per rental. Pool is clean, grounds are clean. Quiet, unless you're in the weekender's area by the pool.
Niece clean campground with a good mix of seasonal and weekend campers. Sites for all tents and campers. Activities. Would be better.
